    The Next Step in Automation

Improvements at Forge, a key site of production

very machine requires regular service and, in case of wear and tear, overhaul. This stage was reached by the forging press, which the carmaker has been using in its metallurgical plants since 2015 to produce final gear–driven wheels for DQ 200 (Vrchlabí) and MQ 200 (Mladá Boleslav) gearboxes. The so-called final gear is a transmission that includes a differential and transmits torque to the driving axle wheels. Along with the “overhaul”, they also decided at the Forge to modernise the forging technology. Thus, ensuring the transition to forging manipulation between the individual forging operations using robots.

    New forging line parameters

    Capacity: 4,500 forgings per day

    Forging temperature: 1,250 °C

    Forging weight: 3.1–5.5 kg

Although the original forging transfer also represented an automated process, it had several disadvantages compared with robots, which led to the deployment of new technology. The main problem was the long adjustment times at the start of forging of each of the batches and in the long operative adjustment during forging – for every adjustment, the employees had to stop the line and dismantle certain parts of the transfer collets (a machine element used to clamp tools – ed.). The gradual wear of some parts of the transfer then also caused non-standard play in its guide, which negatively affected the accuracy of inserting the forgings into the die cavities (forging moulds – ed.).

Robotic forging manipulation has produced benefits that significantly increase the forging line productivity throughout the production cycle. For example, the initial adjustment of a new forging batch is accelerated by the possibility to run the entire forging flow using standards (sample pieces – ed.). These are used to verify in detail the settings for the insertion of forgings into the cavities of forging tools, and the Tool Shop used 3D printing to produce them. The new solution also accelerated the operative adjustment of the positioning of forgings in die cavities. It currently takes place via the line control panel where the operator enters the necessary corrections, which are immediately projected into the robot programs. The machine modernisation also contributed to streamlining the care of forging tools, which has a positive impact on their service life, and increased the capacity of the entire forging line. The last renovation innovation is the addition of a forging line rack, in which the forgings cool to the required temperature so that they are not mechanically damaged during subsequent manipulation.

The Forge produces forgings from materials of two grades, which is why a furnace installed in the line for one of them; this furnace requires a high temperature to transform the internal structure. This part of the forging line saves energy that previously would have been required for processing in standard annealing furnaces because it uses the residual heat of the forging. ED

    Component Production

    Automated Handling of Forgings

The new robotic cell that automates the production of MQ 200 gearbox shafts was created in collaboration with several departments

roduction and planning departments are constantly looking for ways to streamline production, enable the deployment of new technologies, automate the production process and, thus, contribute to improving work ergonomics and increasing productivity. PKH/1 – Schaft Production MQ 100/200 and PPK-G – Transmission Production Planning jointly came to the conclusion that the most suitable production optimisation solution is the bin picking system, which uses a robot cooperating with a 3D industrial camera.

The debugging of the bin picking system has continuously contributed to the training of workers who receive the necessary instructions to operate the new equipment.

In the past, the manipulation with shaft forgings during the feed-in process was very demanding (depending on the type, these parts weighed between 1.7 and 2.3 kg), and it was also necessary to address the operation accuracy and speed. It resulted in a tender entered into by 30 entities and won by the ŠKODA Tool Shop. After all, this department is heavily involved in the modernisation of operations at ŠKODA AUTO plants, and its know-how is used by several Group brands. The new system starts by bringing a pallet with forgings of the gearbox shaft parts onto the robotic line and securing it in a defined position; then, the KUKA handling robot located on the line scans the pallet by using a 3D camera. In this way, the software obtains a virtual image of the forgings and, based on the algorithm, selects the most suitable forging to be removed from the pallet. Simultaneously, it determines the robot’s path for the removal. As soon as the robot removes the forging, the system performs a quick check of the correct grip so that the robot can transfer it to the desired position and then place it on the conveyor. “For this order, we used all the experience from our previous installations of 3D robotic guidance at ŠKODA AUTO, which is already used by the Vrchlabí plant in the component production (see the June 2021 issue of ŠKODA Mobil)”, says Radek Fáborský from PSW-V – Jig manufacture, which was responsible for introducing the innovation.

The camera that the system uses takes pictures of static scenes with spatial mapping and guides the robot to grab the forging, even if the pallet moves a few centimetres relative to the robot during selection. The control software allows a flexible response to customer requirements and, for example, performs demanding optical guidance of the robot in a very short cycle (almost 23 seconds). “Thanks to the interplay between all the interested ŠKODA AUTO departments during the implementation, we succeeded in debugging the new technology, training the operators on the fly and acquiring the necessary skills for operating the line. All of this enabled the smooth deployment of the new technology in serial production”, says Zdeněk Patočka from PKH/1, adding that the deployment of optically guided robots in the shaft parts production increased not only the automation of the entire production process but also the ergonomics of the operation and its capacity. ED

    How bin picking works

The 3D camera scans a real bin and creates a virtual three-dimensional image of the desired scene in which items are randomly distributed. A robot then picks up the items based on the algorithm, and each of its movements automatically responds to the current situation on the pallet.

    Innovation

    Looking Towards Tomorrow

Car interiors are affected by the return of natural materials, modern technology, sustainability and recycling

ustainability is one of ŠKODA AUTO’s priorities and an emphasis of the NEXT LEVEL – ŠKODA STRATEGY 2030. The carmaker is, therefore, intensifying work in this area and looking for innovative and environmentally friendly materials – for example, for its car interiors. To make it clear how important the issue of sustainability is to the carmaker, it held the Sustainable Innovation Workshop on 19 July, where 10 suppliers presented their own sustainability solutions. The event was also attended by Karsten Schnake, Board Member for Purchasing, and Johannes Neft, Board Member for Technical Development. Of course, other ŠKODA AUTO representatives were also present, including from the Design (especially Colour & Trim), Purchasing, Marketing and Quality departments, as well as individual product lines. The suppliers presented the carmaker’s representatives a total of 28 specific innovative solutions focused on the topics of sustainability, circular economy (i.e. closed product life cycle) and nature-friendly production processes. The suppliers presented materials that the carmaker can use (for interior parts, such as seats, dashboards, door panels, steering wheel and other upholstery).

The carmaker is trying to get new materials and their modification procedures into its cars; however, in addition to the aesthetic aspect, they must also meet quality and safety conditions.

    Three main directions

According to Markéta Truhelková from the BI – Purchasing interior department, the workshop resulted in three main directions that the carmaker can take. The first involves vegan leather alternatives. “The goal is to develop an alternative to leather based on biopolymers that are sustainable and recyclable and do not compete with the food industry”, says Truhelková. Biopolymers are intended to replace petroleum-derived binders. The second interesting area is ecological hide tanning (the leather-creating process by which fats are removed from the hide and the leather is softened). “We already have experience with this, since in the ENYAQ iV model, we use leather tanned through olive leaf extract”, she describes, adding that the carmaker wants to move this topic even further. For example, tanning hides with coffee bean skins is another alternative. The aim is to minimise the use of chemicals in leather tanning and to process waste, for example, from the food industry. “It is also a return to the roots since, in the past, leather was dyed only in a natural way”, Truhelková adds. Last but not least, ŠKODA AUTO wants to use 100 percent recycled and also recyclable (re-usable) materials. “We want to achieve a closed product life cycle.” An interesting direction that the carmaker is now researching relates to materials with antibacterial or antiviral treatment. ED

There’s Leather and Then There’s Leather

n search of a path to sustainability, ŠKODA AUTO is exploring the possibilities of using modern leather materials and various leather alternatives. “There are customers who, because of their beliefs, reject leather as a material of animal origin, and we respect that. Of course, we will be offering them more and more sustainable alternatives”, says Markéta Kalíková, a leather and related materials specialist from EDI/3 – Colour and trim. According to her, it is important to realise that leather itself, as a natural material, is actually in accordance with the sustainability principles. “The leather we use in the automotive industry is basically just a residual material from the meat industry”, she explains. The point is to ensure, above all, ecological leather processing.

However, there are plenty of alternatives to pure natural leather, some of which the EDI/3 team presented at the recent Innovation Day 2021. Recycled leather, a material that contains essentially 80 percent ground natural leather and 20 percent bio-binders, is available for use. According to Kalíková, it is suitable for less-stressed surfaces. “Among others, it is not suitable for car seats”, she says. However, according to her, the advantage is the possibility to simulate any surface structure with this material. “It is possible to achieve, for example, the effect of snake or alligator skin, various technical surfaces etc.”, adds Kalíková. Another possibility relates to the use of the previously less-used bottom layer of leather, which can be printed in various ways and used to simulate, for example, stitching. ED

    Sachsen Classic in Mladá Boleslav

The popular historical cars race took place at ŠKODA AUTO’s home for the first time and led participants through the plant premises

he FELICIA convertible from 1962, the special 1100 OHC Roadster, two 110 R cars and the model 1100 MBX De Luxe: From 19 to 21 August, this ŠKODA brand fleet took part in the Sachsen Classic 2021 race. The veteran car race that was popular from the 1920s to the 1990s was organised in the spirit of commemorating 120 years of the Mladá Boleslav carmaker’s participation in motorsport, which is why the historical cars were diverted from the Saxon roads and, for the first time in the event’s history, headed during the final stage from Dresden to Mladá Boleslav and back. A special programme was prepared there, including lunch in the Aramark cafeteria at new Paint Shop. In front of Hall M13, where the ENYAQ iV is also produced, there was a photo shoot with the brand’s electric flagship car. At the test site, race participants tested their skills when they had to master the defined route and tasks on it as accurately as possible within the specified time. Before returning to the Saxon capital, the crews stopped at the ŠKODA Museum and drove through downtown Mladá Boleslav

    170

    historical cars entered the race.

    685

kilometres divided into three stages were covered by the drivers.

Journalists and representatives of the carmaker rode in the total of five cars sent to the race by the carmaker. However, there were more ŠKODA cars on the track; some were deployed by the German importer and ŠKODA AUTO Deutschland, and others were driven by private owners. Among the models from the ŠKODA Museum, the 1100 OHC Roadster, which is one of only two produced specimens, offered a unique spectacle. Among the rarities, there is the two-door 1100 MBX De Luxe from 1969, which impresses with the absence of B-pillars in its body. Thanks to this design, the car has an unusually airy interior when the windows are rolled down. ED

For us, participating in the Sachsen Classic is not only a matter of tradition but also a matter of the heart. Every year, we strive to enrich the starting field with attractive models from our past.

ŠKODA cars proudly participated in the 1,000 Miles of Czechoslovakia stage race

n the first half of the 1930s, local motoring enthusiasts adored the famous Italian endurance race, Mille Miglia, so much that they organised three years of the 1,000 Miles of Czechoslovakia race. The crews, including those in ŠKODA cars, drove the route from Prague to Bratislava and back twice in a row without a break. Today, this event is followed by a modern historical car race, which includes models manufactured before 1939. Following last year’s interlude, this year’s event took place in mid-August. With support from the carmaker, the newly renovated RAPID OHV car in a distinctive blue colour, which is part of the ŠKODA Museum’s collection, was introduced to the track and presented to the public for the first time after a thorough renovation.

As in the 1930s, the race started on Wednesday, 11 August, at the Autoklub ČR building in Opletalova Street in Prague and culminated three days later in the finish in front of the National Technical Museum. The racers crossed the original route only once, and the whole event was divided into three stages, driving on open roads in compliance with the traffic rules. In the end, 102 of the initial 117 cars made it all the way to the finish line. ED

    New FABIA Unveiled in Poland

Along the Baltic Sea, ŠKODA AUTO prepared a dynamic presentation of its latest generation of compact cars

or two weeks in August, the charming Polish seaside town of Sopot became the centre of the action for a detailed international presentation of what is already the fourth generation of the extremely successful FABIA model. Hundreds of European journalists, TV reporters, influencers and bloggers got better acquainted with the advantages of a compact car loaded with modern technologies. The setting was a modern design hotel, the restaurant Jastny Dwór and a beach bar, as well as test drives in the area. Participants also enjoyed a boat trip and a tour of Gdańsk.

    40

fourth-generation FABIAs of various specifications were at the event for testing.

    400

journalists from across Europe took turns at the presentation.

    New proportions, better aerodynamics

The new FABIA attracts attention with its emotional appearance and new proportions. On the Group’s MQB A0 platform, it has grown to a length of more than 4 metres and offers the crew more space inside the car and in the boot, which is 50 litres larger than in the previous generation. Another great advantage of the model is its aerodynamics. The FABIA features the best air resistance coefficient in its class (cx = 0.28); thus, CO2 emissions per WLTP cycle are reduced by almost 3 g/km. It also features innovative radiator shutters in the lower air intake on the front bumper, which close when the cooling demand is low, thereby further improving aerodynamics. At a constant speed of 120 km/h, fuel savings reach up to 0.2 l / 100 km. As a result, the FABIA emits up to 5 grammes less CO2 per kilometre driven.

    Great potential

“We will face tough competition in the most affordable segment. I am confident that the new FABIA will succeed. The strengths of the fourth-generation car include its great design and LED headlights, as well as the two-part rear lights, heated steering wheel and windshield, virtual cockpit and other advanced trim known from ŠKODA’s higher-end models. Among the Simply Clever features, I would like to highlight the flexible compartment in the boot side’s wheel arch”, says Project Manager Michal Brejcha from VP1 – Product Marketing Small. ED

    Looking for Solutions

In addition to her work for ŠKODA AUTO, Milada Vrbová is also chairwoman of the non-profit Klenice Nature Conservation organisation

ilada Vrbová works in the GO – Governance, Risk & Compliance department, which, among other things, checks existing rules and guidelines. “I’d participated in joint projects with the carmaker long before I started working for it. At that time, I was preparing a cleaning event with my colleagues from the ŠKODA Academy in the Chlum Nature Park, which I think is the most interesting area in the region. A total of 110 people took part in the cleaning event, and there was so much litter that during the morning, we filled two large-capacity containers with 23 tonnes of waste. For organising the event, I won the main prize in the Central Bohemian Region competition called The Region That Has Brightened Up the Most. Maybe thanks to that, I – together with ŠKODA AUTO – organised three more big cleaning events”, says Vrbová.

Without courage and personal responsibility, I would probably give up on many things and not want to deal with them.

She considers her role in preventing the construction of four apartment buildings in the Štěpánka Park her greatest success in nature protection. “I didn’t expect such a response; the petition went viral, and in one month, it was signed by almost 8,000 residents of Mladá Boleslav”, she says. She is very satisfied with how the employees react to the events she organises. “I organise volunteer activities to help the nature, and I’m pleased when employees change things for the better through their work. It’s clear from their reactions that such activities make them truly happy.”

However, she would also like to change the carmaker’s thinking as it relates to nature since, for example, there is still huge potential for the amount of greenery on the company’s premises. ED

    How We Change the Mindset

The series of online Culture Dialogues, which introduces employees to our target culture at ŠKODA AUTO, continues in September.

he automotive industry is currently experiencing the most significant changes in its history. In addition to the transition to electromobility, ŠKODA AUTO’s mindset and way of collaboration are changing as well. The basic prerequisites for success include tolerance, open mindedness and a high level of agility. To be successful in this respect and contribute to the fulfilment of its NEXT LEVEL – ŠKODA STRATEGY 2030 objectives, the carmaker launched a series of Culture Dialogues in June as part of its Mindset Change project. It includes six 90-minute online meetings on key topics (see the Culture Dialogue Topics), which take place via the MS Teams application in Czech and English with an interpreter. Interested employees are invited to think together with their colleagues about which aspects, according to them, make their work environment more attractive. The project also serves to create a community of cultural ambassadors among the participants who wish to actively participate in changes at the company. Of the six Culture Dialogues, four have already taken place and will be followed in September by two more dialogues focused on the key themes of “Cleverness” and “People”. ED

  • We're going smoke-free at ŠKODA AUTO

We're going smoke-free at ŠKODA AUTO

    The non-smoking campaign has started

ŠKODA AUTO has launched a major campaign involving its employees

ollowing the carmaker’s new policy – that is, to become a modern and non-smoking company – the We're going smoke-free at ŠKODA AUTO campaign was created. Employees are encouraged to participate, as in the case of the FORvaccination campaign. The carmaker addressed those who could inspire others with their stories and experiences in the fight against smoking addiction. The faces of the campaign are Jana Parmová, a medical doctor from SG/1 – Occupational Medicine; Martin Turek, a project designer from PKT/3 – Component Production Technology; Monika Lochmanová, a Paint Shop PFO-L/42 V production operator; Tomáš Parkan, a fire technician from SO/11 – Special care – fire prevention; Jakub Strnad, a project designer from PAP/3 – Project Management PH series Midsize; and management representatives Světlana Nečasová from PKL – Concern Component Logistics/Management, Štěpán Lacina from SP – Human Resources Planning, and Marek Jancák from PF – Car Production. All of them, as well as their colleagues in the FORvaccination campaign on posters and leaflets photographed and produced in August, tell others their stories. In their own way, they explain why ŠKODA AUTO should be a non-smoking company. ED

Everyone has a story about why they support a non-smoking company

Not smoking leads to less incapacity for work, Jana

Not smoking will expand employee rest areas by more than 30 percent, Martin

Not smoking will support a pleasant working environment, Monika

Not smoking leads to fewer worksite fires, Tomáš

Not smoking will equalise working hours among all employees, Štěpán

It makes sense to invest in rather than harm one’s health, Marek

How are we doing in the Czech Republic?

Smokers account for 24.9% of the population.

Some 21.1% of men and 15.2% of women smoke daily.

At the workplaces of Czech companies, 16.2% of employees are exposed to tobacco smoke.

A little less than a third (28.7%) of current smokers have tried to quit smoking during the past year (men 27.1%, women 30.9%).

    Do you want to quit?

Do you know what will happen to your body after you stop smoking?

hen you extinguish the last cigarette butt, your body will react almost immediately. Former smokers feel the improvement in the first few days, as well as in the long-term – their physical fitness, taste and smell improve, they have a milder course of diseases, and changes are also visible on their skin and teeth.

Changes over time by not smoking

    20 minutes

Your blood pressure and heart rate drop to normal levels; therefore, especially those people with higher blood pressure should stop smoking.

    8 to 12 hours

Your blood carbon monoxide level drops, and your oxygen level rises to normal.

    2 to 3 days

Your taste and smell improve, and your breathing deepens again. Fresh non-smokers describe that they enjoy food more and get less breathless when climbing stairs.

    2 to 12 weeks

Blood circulation and lung function continue to improve, and you notice this when climbing stairs and doing sports. Immunity also improves, especially in connection with respiratory diseases.

    9 months

The so-called smoker’s cough begins to subside. Sometimes, it actually intensifies in the first few weeks; however, it is a normal process that is associated with body cleansing.

    1 year

The risk of cardiovascular disease decreases by approximately 30 percent. This applies mainly to a stroke or a heart attack.

    5 years

The risk of cardiovascular disease decreases by up to 50 percent.

    10 years

The risk of lung cancer but also of oesophageal, laryngeal and liver cancer is reduced.

    15 years

The risk of a heart attack and other diseases is the same as for a non-smoker.

    Don’t Miss the Digital Train

The 365 ACADEMY training programme is not slowing down; on the contrary, it is adding additional courses and webinars

ince March, thousands of employees have expanded their range of skills not only in the use of Office 365 but also in the world of new shared digital technologies more broadly. Access to the training platform and a lot of practical information on the training and webinars on offer can be found on the Office 365 information page on ŠKODA Space.

In September, we will again offer the opportunity to participate in so-called crash courses. “They will include three intensive one-hour workshops where participants will learn the most important things needed for working with Office 365”, explains Martin Horák from SEA/1 – New Media/Language Training. These courses are followed by team workshops where colleagues work together to find their way with new shared work tools that will make it easier for them to cooperate within a team. It is also an opportunity to decide, for example, which repositories will be used for what. Practical workshops also take place every Friday. In total, they are divided into seven thematic areas, one lasting approximately 30 minutes. It introduces, for example, work in MS Teams, document sharing, Outlook 365 and more. “The advantage is that, in addition, to lecturers, there are also IT workers who can provide advice and practical solutions for specific situations”, adds Horák.

The training also reflects the release of new tools. Recently, for example, this applies to PowerApps, which allows you to quickly create your own applications for business needs. “However, the 365 ACADEMY is not just about Office 365 products but also about expanding general awareness and skills in the digital world; therefore, you can also find videos and other materials focused on productivity, security and more on the 365 ACADEMY portal”, adds Radka Bürger from SEA/1. ED

Direct staff without an employer-provided computer and employees on parental leave can even keep up with their colleagues through the Digital Driver’s License programme. Career Map helps you to find your potential

KODA AUTO offers its employees a wide range of development activities, thanks to which they can keep enriching their professional life. It is important that everyone find the right path, and in this respect, the new Career Map is very useful. As a support tool for employee development, it focuses on providing basic orientation and stimuli for thinking about the next steps in personnel development. It helps to find a suitable career direction and provides stimuli for discussion between the employee and their supervisor. The Career Map will serve both the employees to keep developing and their supervisors to help to identify employees’ potential. Therefore, it can be approached from these two angles. Then, you move within four blocks, which should be browsed step by step. The first focuses on the current situation and expectations, the others on career planning, preparation and further development, and finally, on future plans. In the blocks, you will find worksheets that you can fill out and save or print. These include the Selection of Appropriate Career Direction, Basic Prerequisites for Career Paths and the Development Plan. Among other add-ons, you can use development tips or links to obtain additional information. The use of the Career Map is voluntary, and it is up to you whether and to what extent it will serve you. The SE/1 – Career Management team hopes that the Career Map will benefit and inspire you. ED

A career is not an escalator. In most cases, it’s an approach in which you systematically and gradually identify the opportunities and possibilities that are available and use them in a targeted manner. The Career Map is great to support this process.

    The Car World is Talking

Learn about innovations in the automotive industry and get news from the ŠKODA AUTO world through podcasts

oing to work in the morning and listening to the car speakers or headphones to get up to date on current events in the country and social issues, go into detail on one’s popular sport or just be entertained has recently become an integral part of many people’s lifestyles. All you have to do is listen to your favourite podcasts, for example, via the applications on your mobile phone, so you won’t miss a thing. You can play it at any time and do not have to rely on a specific programme, as is the case with radio broadcasts. The only thing the listener has to do is choose the right length so that, for example, the podcast exactly covers the time of the commute.

And what is crucial for a podcast? “A quality podcast cannot do without good dramaturgy. It is important to have suitable topics and involve people who can talk about them”, says Martin Ježek from the GKU – Corporate Communications department, which is in charge of digital topics.

The SIMPLY CLEVER PODCAST strengthens the image of ŠKODA AUTO as the leading technology company in the Czech Republic. At the same time, it represents its partnerships with universities, startups, technology companies and government entities.

    ŠKODA’s podcast sets the standard

The Mladá Boleslav carmaker has something to offer listeners as well (see ŠKODA AUTO Podcasts). In cooperation with the GKU department, the ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab started creating a professionally prepared programme that brings valuable information to the customers, as well as interesting views from the company’s backstage, including news from the world of innovation. Its SIMPLY CLEVER PODCAST is created in a professionally equipped studio and hosted by experienced radio journalist Vojtěch Koval. Episodes are about 40 minutes long and published every two weeks. For the time being, they are in Czech, but an English-language version is being prepared as well.

However, the podcasts do not have to be only publicly available through advanced mobile applications. In a convenient way, they internally address the employees, who can be even more involved in the processes at the car factory and get inspired. “We will gladly provide our other colleagues with our know-how of creating podcasts and help them to get started”, says David Beška, who is in charge of the SIMPLY CLEVER PODCAST at the ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab. ED

Two episodes, of which the second has just been released, are dedicated to the journey by the ENYAQ iV car to Copenhagen and back, during which the author interviewed numerous experts from the electromobility world and collects experience with charging infrastructure and applications. Another episode, entitled “Follow the Vehicle”, will be about technology of automatic car driving in a convoy.

    FROM LEADER TO LEADER

The ŠKODA Academy’s podcast series focuses on leadership and supports the sharing of experiences, knowledge and current topics among the carmaker’s supervisors and managers, but it is accessible to all employees. For example, you can listen to Michael Oeljeklaus, Board Member for Production and Logistics, or, in early September, to Jana Růžičková, Head of SB – Operational HR Care, Digitisation, HR 4.0. Then, there will be a podcast with the Head of the new VO – MEB Agency department, Aleš Tulpa.

    CREATE THE FUTURE

In the latest series of podcasts from the InnoTeam (GSC - Corporate Strategy and Innovation Management), our colleagues from ŠKODA AUTO present their innovative activities and projects, which bring tangible value added to the company. The podcast comes in two versions: an audio version in Czech and a video with English subtitles. In the introductory podcast, Dominika Matarazzo from the GSO/1 – Market and Business Intelligence department presents a project to generate new ideas and opportunities – Innovation Lift. You can also look forward to the next episode with Matěj Galba from BA – General Purchasing.

Pořadatel si vyhrazuje právo i bez uvedení důvodů Dobu soutěže zkrátit, Soutěž přerušit nebo zrušit či změnit její Pravidla, a to i bez udělení výhry a bez poskytnutí náhrad. Pořadatel si rovněž vyhrazuje právo nahradit ohlášenou výhru předmětem podobného typu a odpovídající hodnoty a upravit podmínky předání výhry v případě, že výhra nebude poskytnuta způsobem umožňujícím předání výhry vítězům v souladu s těmito Pravidly.
