More than 6,400 of you took part in the June catering satisfaction survey, created in cooperation between Škoda Auto, the KOVO Trade Union and the company GTH catering. The results confirmed the high standard of services provided and also brought many valuable suggestions that will help further develop the catering offer and quality according to your needs. Overall satisfaction reached 93%, confirming the stable quality of the services provided and their positive perception among you. The survey also showed that you rate the key operational parameters of the catering services very positively.

Cleanliness of the facilities achieved 97% satisfaction, staff approach and helpfulness 93%, and speed of service 91%. In addition, nine out of ten diners eat at the Škoda Auto restaurants several times a week. At the same time, a high percentage of you swap the recommended side dish for a different one. An interesting finding is that price is not among the main factors when choosing a meal. You decide mainly based on taste, variety and the overall offer. Czech cuisine has long dominated diners' preferences, though international cuisine also holds a strong position. Healthy food is also growing in popularity, complementing the offer as an important element of modern dining.

The survey not only produced satisfaction results but also included open feedback. The most frequently mentioned topics included menu variety, the availability of meals throughout the whole day, including afternoon and night shifts, portion sizes, the organisation of food distribution and smooth service. These suggestions are being continuously evaluated and serve as an important basis for further improvements.
