What You Told Us About Škoda Mobil?
Before the collective holiday shutdown, we ran a ten-day readership survey of the Škoda Mobil, and here we bring you the results.

Nine out of ten employees surveyed consider Škoda Mobil a reliable source of information and like the way the articles are written.
The results showed that at least 94% of you read the Škoda Mobil at least occasionally, with 57% reading it regularly.
The electronic version of the newspaper is read by 74% of employees in office roles and 46.3% of those in production.

8.4
On a scale of 1 to 10, where ten is the best score, you rated the magazine as follows.
2/3
Two-thirds of you want to keep the content structure of Škoda Mobil in its current form.
A survey among employees has shown that Škoda Mobil has a strong position and enjoys high trust. It is also one of the three most widely used internal media. Employees particularly value the quality of workmanship, and a significant proportion of readers said they would recommend Škoda Mobil to their colleagues. This is confirmed by the overall rating of the publication (the so-called NPS index – Net Promoter Score, ed. note), which reached as much as 8.4 points out of 10.
"We greatly appreciate everyone who took part in the readership survey and gave us feedback after several years. We will certainly reflect the survey results in the choice of topics for Škoda Mobil," says Dominika Králová, editor-in-chief of the employee newspaper.
What interests you most?
Above all, innovation, technology and the future of the car industry. Employees from operations also tend to prefer articles about the history of the brand and current information from the VW Group. The results also showed that there is no need for major changes to the magazine. Readers prefer minor adjustments rather than a fundamental change to its appearance. The current ratio of images, infographics and text length suits them well. They would also prefer fewer technical articles. Some of them also see the articles in Škoda Mobil as one-sidedly positive. "The survey also revealed some suggestions for improvement, so we are already working on new content that we would like to bring to readers in the near future. For example, we want to involve them even more in the process of creating the magazine and cover topics that genuinely interest them," adds D. Králová. Differences also emerge between different groups of employees. Office workers use the electronic version much more often, while the printed Škoda Mobil still holds an important place in production. It is there that the wish to keep the magazine's current form is most often heard.
Employees who took part in the readership survey of Škoda Mobil could enter a prize draw to win attractive prizes from the Škoda E-Shop. The main prize was a Škoda MTB bicycle, won by Tomáš Scháňko from department PAP/9.
How does the winner of the main prize see it?
When Tomáš Scháňko from PAP/9 – Application Virtual Technic took part in the Škoda Mobil readership survey, he didn't expect to win the main prize. "I was really pleased with the win, because it fitted in with my plans," he says. He had already been thinking about a new bike since the birth of his daughter. "We'll get a child seat and go out cycling as a family. I'm already looking forward to it," he adds. He took part in the survey because he enjoys reading Škoda Mobil, and the chance to share his opinion and compete for a prize was a nice combination. He appreciates the magazine's graphics and the variety of topics. He would welcome more competitions, interviews with colleagues who have worked abroad, or information about employee satisfaction.
