ŠkoPilot is coming to Škoda Space

The employee portal is preparing significant updates: a new homepage, improved search functionality, and the ŠkoPilot AI assistant.

You will soon find several major improvements on Škoda Space that will make working with the portal easier and more comprehensive. The carmaker’s employee portal is thus entering the next phase of its development. Six years after its launch, it includes a large number of internal pages, applications, documents, and systems. However, working with such a volume of content and information is not always intuitive and can be quite time-consuming. That is precisely what these updates are focused on.

A Versatile AI Assistant

A key part of this transformation is the launch of ŠkoPilot, an AI assistant integrated directly into Škoda Space. It enables natural communication with users and easily guides them to internal information, documents, processes, and applications. The goal is not to add another tool to an already extensive digital environment, but rather to connect existing resources and make them accessible in a simpler and more organized form. ŠkoPilot should gradually become a natural support in everyday work situations, helping not only with searching but also with navigating processes and taking follow-up steps.

New and Improved Search

Search on Škoda Space will undergo a significant transformation thanks to the integration of the new AI assistant, ŠkoPilot. It will better understand commonly asked questions and provide a short, clear summary for each one, quickly answering the user’s query. Results will be clearly organized by content type – such as news, pages, contacts, or other categories – so it will be immediately clear where to find the information you’re looking for. The goal of these changes is to speed up searches, reduce unnecessary clicking, and make it easier to navigate the information on Škoda Space.

Modernized Home Page

The main hub of Škoda Space, from which you can access all important information, will be redesigned to make it easy and quick to navigate and to function effectively even on wide monitors. With better-organized content, it will make more efficient use of screen space, giving Škoda Space a more unified look. The goal is for you to find everything you need quickly and without unnecessary searching.

Do you access Škoda Space and apps like eVýplatnice from your device? You can significantly simplify the login process using Passkeys. It uses a fingerprint or facial recognition to verify the user. AI tools under one roof

The new ŠkoPilot AI assistant is part of a group of tools known as the ŠkoPilot Family. This family unifies internally developed AI tools, such as the ŠkoPilot Pro platform (formerly ŠkodaGPT 2.0) or the ŠkoPilot Clip app (originally Škoda Clip, more in Škoda Mobil 5/2026), and gradually integrates them into a single environment. The goal is to offer employees simple and intuitive access to modern tools that save time and make everyday work easier.
