Internet for guests
On 1 June, FIO/34 employees launched the new Guest Access service
uests visiting the car factory can easily arrange for Internet access on their visit. They apply for it themselves through an internal contact person (an employee), who now just makes approvals. Doing so eliminates the need to create an employee request on a special portal, and the whole process is significantly simpler and faster than before.

How a visitor sets up Internet access via Guest Access
They connect via Wi-Fi to the VW-Guest network, which automatically redirects them to the Guest portal.
They fill in the registration data and the e-mail address of the ŠKODA AUTO internal employee who approves their request for access.
The internal employee receives an e-mail with a link for approval and confirms access to the visitor with one click.
The visitor can see the status of their request from creation to approval in the Account Status field.
The visitor receives the login details via e-mail and text message.
After filling in the data, the visitor can start using the Internet.

Which devices can I connect?
A phone or tablet with Android or iOS operating systems and a laptop with Windows, Linux or MacOS.
Where can I get connected?
At the offices of ŠKODA AUTO in Mladá Boleslav, Kvasiny, Vrchlabí and Prague that have the VW-Guest Wi-Fi network available.
How many devices can I connect to one account?
Up to five different devices at once.
Who will make use of the access?
Working visitors, external partners and developers.
