More Škoda Cars Will Be Used for Social Services

In mid-October, representatives of the carmaker handed over 14 new Octavia and Octavia Combi cars to social care providers near the Vrchlabí and Kvasiny plants. These cars will enhance the accessibility of their services for disabled and mentally disadvantaged citizens, the elderly and the seriously ill, especially in the less accessible areas of the regions. They will also facilitate field workers in visiting clients and transporting people to medical appointments and other necessary assistance. Škoda Auto has supported social care providers in this way for seven years.

    Talent Discussion with Board Members

On two occasions in October, members of the talent programmes (Student Talent Programme, Trainee Programme, PhD Programme) had the opportunity to engage in discussions with Board members. First with Andreas Dick (P – Production and Logistics), who presented his views on the future of car manufacturing and career opportunities in production to the young talents, and then with Maren Gräf (S – People & Culture). She gave them an overview of her career path in the automotive industry and focused on diversity, agility, work culture and their impact on the S area.

  • Launching a new era in India

Four metres is a critical threshold in the Indian automobile market and its segment with this maximum length accounts for nearly 30%. Škoda Auto is entering this segment with the new compact SUV, the Kylaq, which is developed and manufactured in India specifically to cater to the preferences of local customers. This launch follows the earlier introductions of the Kushaq SUV and Slavia sedan.

Kylaq Ushers in a New Era in India

The world premiere of the compact SUV for the Indian market will take place on 6 November, but a select group of journalists and influencers already had the chance to test-drive it.

    Topic

Four metres is a key benchmark in the Indian car market. The segment of cars with this maximum length accounts for nearly 30% of the market and continues to grow rapidly. That is why Škoda Auto is targeting this segment with a new compact SUV, the Kylaq, developed and manufactured in India specifically to suit the preferences of local customers. This follows the previously launched Kushaq SUV and Slavia sedan, both of which are also based on the MQB-A0-IN platform developed specifically for the Indian market. Among other things, it aims to be an entry-level model for new customers in the region.

    800,000

During extensive testing, the Kylaq covered more than 800,000 kilometres across various Indian terrains.

    100,000

Škoda Auto Volkswagen India Private Limited’s projected car sales in the Indian market in 2026.

    Distinctive Design

The Kylaq brings elements of the new Modern Solid design language, which combines robustness, functionality and authenticity. These features give owners a sense of strength and protection, which is further enhanced by a range of cutting-edge active and passive safety features that come standard. These include, for example, six airbags and the multi-collision brake. In the event of an accident, this brake system helps to prevent further collisions with oncoming vehicles or roadside objects by automatically slowing down the car, thereby mitigating the consequences.

The camouflage of the Kylaq prototypes has a special design that reflects Indian cultural motifs. It was designed by popular local artist and influencer Harun Robert in collaboration with fans of the brand.

The model also makes an imposing impression on the road thanks to its distinctive fenders. Its characteristic look is enhanced by the new design of the daytime running lights and the hexagonal pattern on the sides and rear.

Number of years the Škoda brand has been present in the Indian market.

    Tuned for Tough Conditions

The new compact SUV measures 3,995 mm in length with a wheelbase of 2,556 mm and a ground clearance of 189 mm. It is powered by a three‑cylinder 1.0 TSI petrol engine with 85 kW and 178 Nm of torque. Customers can choose either a six-speed manual or automatic transmission. For its passengers, the Kylaq will offer a spacious and comfortable interior. In addition, it features ventilated seats that are electrically adjustable in six directions, a first for a Škoda car in this class.

The Kylaq is perfectly suited to busy city streets while also coping with difficult-to-navigate roads. In fact, this has been proved by long‑term demanding testing in urban environments and on motorways, as well as in hilly terrain and on rough roads. Tests were conducted at temperatures ranging from -5 °C to +50 °C and at altitudes of up to 3,000 m above sea level.

Moreover, the new Indian model fulfils Škoda Auto’s commitment to sustainability and innovation. Not only will it be produced at the Pune plant, which is powered by an 18.5 MWp solar power plant, but it also uses environmentally friendly materials. For example, bamboo fabric was used for the cabin upholstery and some other components.

Known for its versatility, the MQB-A0-IN platform is designed to be the foundation for larger models, such as the Kushaq and Slavia, as well as the sub-four-metre Kylaq. We have maintained excellent driving dynamics, superior safety and proven quality. In addition, the Kylaq incorporates hot-formed steel in the frontal impact module, achieving the highest level of passive safety in its class.

    Camouflaged Demonstration

Test drives for selected journalists and influencers took place with the masked Kylaq prototypes from 7 to 10 October at the Koyamputtur circuit in South India. Participants were required to follow strict rules; for example, they were not allowed to take photos of the interior or carry mobile phones or other recording devices during the test drive. In mid-October, after the information embargo expired, they shared their impressions. “The Kylaq drives beautifully and feels like an upmarket car. The power of the 1.0 TSI engine is sufficient, and the car reaches high speeds very easily. It responds well to sharp cornering and braking, and its steering feels very predictable overall,” commended Parth Gohil on MotorBeam. Arup Das of Financial Express also praised the car’s pleasant handling. “The steering wheel provides enough feedback to easily navigate sharp corners. In everyday conditions, parking this SUV should be an easy task,” he highlighted. Other feedback on the car has been positive as well. “Overall, the Kylaq makes a very good impression. Its ergonomic and spatial characteristics, which are among the biggest challenges in this segment, along with its exterior proportions, deserve an A. Add to this the impressive technology, which draws heavily from the higher end of the segment. Thus, the Kylaq has the potential to make quite a splash in its class,” said Aatish Mishra of the Evo India website.

    Conquering the French Market

The Paris Motor Show has long attracted interest from global car brands and visitors. Škoda has also featured prominently at the event.

More than half a million visitors headed to the 90th Paris Motor Show in October, featuring nearly 40 global carmakers. The Škoda booth, provided by the French importer, drew considerable attention. It showcased the latest electric Elroq model during its debut, along with other cars from the current portfolio displayed in the nearly 600 m2 exhibition space. Highlights included a specially modified fourth-generation Superb for the Tour de France race directors (introduced in the August 2024 issue of Škoda Mobil) and the Fabia RS Rally2 competition special.

The Škoda brand certainly gained significant visibility by participating in the motor show, recording more than 1,200 new orders in the French market during the week of the event.

    Teamwork Success

From Škoda Auto’s perspective, France is a key market, currently its fifth‑largest. Next year, the brand is targeting annual sales of 50,000 cars, which corresponds to a 3 percent market share. This is a challenging environment with a strong presence of traditional domestic carmakers. To stand out, the brand continually engages in media and communication efforts, bolstered, for example, by its long-standing partnership with the world’s most famous cycling race, the Tour de France.

Sales of Škoda cars in this market have been growing in recent years, and the brand has been improving its position. “This improvement stems from the importer’s close cooperation with the dealer network and individual departments within Škoda Auto. This synergy has led to Škoda cars’ growing popularity in recent years,” emphasised David Konupčík, Expert Coordinator Sales Manager FR from VE2 – Region 2.

As in other markets, French customers favour the Czech brand for its practical, spacious cars that offer smart solutions. Škoda customers are among the most loyal, as evidenced by the results of customer surveys over the past few years. The market is dominated by small compact cars, making the Fabia the best-selling model, followed by the Octavia. The Enyaq electric car has also been successful there.

  • Reducing software complexity

The second of the Brand Group Core’s six strategic packages is titled Reducing Complexity and focuses primarily on software. The increasing number of drives and assistance systems and the integration of other vehicle functions have led to a complex array of software variants. The aim of reducing the number of software variants is to decrease costs and enhance cybersecurity.

    Why We Reduce Software Complexity

The VW Group’s volume brands are reducing the number of software variants in their cars to cut costs and increase cyber security.

In electric vehicles, most optional equipment is offered as packages, which significantly reduces the number of software options.

The second of the six strategic packages (i.e. the Core Drivers) of the Brand Group Core (BGC) is titled Reducing Complexity. It focuses not only on hardware components, such as steering wheels, wheels or equipment packages, but primarily on software. The increasing number of drives and assistance systems and the integration of other car functions have led to a complex array of variants, amounting to thousands for each model.

“Each individual software variant causes maximum effort in the development and test phases as well as in maintenance. Generally speaking, the higher the software variance in our vehicles, the more difficult it is to manage the different variants and the greater the potential risk of errors – for example, due to an attack by hackers,” emphasises Axel Heinrich, Head of System Architecture, Concepts and Innovation at Volkswagen Passenger Cars. Moreover, in terms of cybersecurity and software updates, the new UNECE directives have significantly raised the technological requirements (more on this in the April 2023 issue of Škoda Mobil). “Our current sales portfolio still offers customers a very high number of software variants. Especially for our vehicles based on the MQB platform” admits Andreas Dick, Škoda Auto Board Member for Production and Logistics. However, EVs on the MEB platform, such as the Enyaq, have greatly reduced complexity through the concept of “Smart Offers”, where most optional equipment is offered exclusively in packages. The challenge arises as the initial number of variants multiplies during the car’s life cycle, with additional variants introduced in different country groups where cars must differ; for example, due to right-hand drive and other contexts. “From only 100 variants initially, around 56,000 different software variants are in existence after a 3.5-year period,” notes A. Dick.

Software variability in cars is the biggest challenge in reducing complexity, with extensive implications for development, production, sales and after-sales services.

    Savings and Greater Competitiveness

Cost savings are also a key motivation for reducing software complexity. “The reduction potential of the various cost types such as manufacturing, warranty, development, ramp-ups, and more is approximately 10%,” says Dirk Mayer, Head of Modules, Functions and Processes for the Volkswagen Passenger Car product line. Moreover, the overly complex structure of software variants is time-consuming and error-prone, giving competitors a head start. “The consequence is that by significantly reducing the number of variants, we are strengthening our competitiveness, reducing costs and improving cyber security,” adds Axel Heinrich.

    2,000

The Kodiaq has more than that many software variants.

    900

Approximate number of software variants for the Enyaq.

    Klaus Zellmer Is a Mentor

The initiative is already underway. A project team has been formed, comprising experts from Audi in addition to BGC representatives. A series of online meetings and several workshops have been held in Mladá Boleslav, Wolfsburg, Hanover and Ingolstadt. Klaus Zellmer, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Škoda Auto and mentor of this Core Driver, oversees this project and sends in monthly suggestions.

BGC has set a goal to reduce the average number of software variants in sales to 1,000. “For the current year, we have set ourselves three main goals: firstly, to confirm the new rollout plan of the optimised offer concept with regard to fewer software variants. Our current plan is to roll out the first vehicle models towards the end of next year. Secondly, from an organisational point of view, our goal is to reduce the number of country clusters from currently more than 35 to 10. And thirdly, our goal is to reorganise the changes in the sales range from what are at present hard-to-plan continuous changes to a maximum of four discrete and controlled adaptations per year,” concludes A. Dick.

Andreas Dick, Axel Heinrich and Dirk Mayer (the first two pictured from left) recently gave a comprehensive interview about reducing software complexity to 360° magazine. An interview is available on Škoda Space.

    New Meeting Format Launched

October’s meetings with forepersons were held for the first time in a completely new format, which allowed more questions for the speakers and made the sessions more engaging for everyone.

In a completely new spirit, the meeting in Mladá Boleslav was held for the first time at the Laurin & Klement Kampus, while in Kvasiny everyone had already tried it in the spring. At both locations, the forepersons were divided into several groups, each following the same program but in a different sequence as the groups rotated through the lectures or tours. The new format has had a great response from forewomen, foremen and speakers alike. It allowed them to interact more closely with the audience, which was reflected in the increased number of questions.

Marek Jancák, Head of PF – Car Production department, again guided the participants through all the meetings, introduced the programme and presented the individual lecturers. In Mladá Boleslav, the participants enjoyed a guided tour of the Laurin & Klement Kampus, while those in Kvasiny had the opportunity to visit the local Quality Centre, where everyone gathered, and each of the four groups was guided by a speaker at each station. Before the final discussion on all the topics presented, Jancák also urged everyone to instruct the teams not to take pictures of exceptional events, explaining how this rule is essential for the carmaker and highlighting that such behaviour does not align with Škoda Auto’s rules.

For this cooperation between forepersons and management to be effective, everyone must communicate well with each other.

Lenka Bočková, Head of SBB – HR Business Partnering, and Jiří Bartoň, Head of SBC – HR Consulting Center, presented information about the new HR environment at the carmaker in Mladá Boleslav. Bartoň also presented the same topic at the Kvasiny meeting, together with his colleague Sina Almiran, HR Business Partner of the Kvasiny plant from the same department. They briefly introduced the forepersons to the upcoming Group HR platform, Hello Success, which you will learn more about in the next issue of Škoda Mobil. This platform will enable employees to manage their entire career path in one place. The HR cockpit tool, developed collaboratively with managers and tutors, will be used for production purposes and its staff.

The transformation of production from the perspectives of Škoda Auto and the VW Group was presented in Mladá Boleslav by Aleš Bureš, Head of PPF – Vehicle Production Planning, and in Kvasiny by Jiří Drbout, Head of PP – Brand Planning. Their presentations covered the utilisation of all Czech production plants and outlined the future of car production on the MQB platform, which is now used to build both internal combustion and hybrid cars.

In the end, they also learned more about news in the Forewomen and Foremen for Themselves team group. Established in 2021, this group serves mainly as a space for sharing experiences and addressing challenges faced by forepersons. So everyone can refer back to the information from the October meetings within this community.

    Tip

In September, the Škoda Academy launched a new curriculum on the Degreed platform entitled Forewomen and Foremen at Škoda. This programme is tailored to the needs of employees in these roles and includes various topics that are beneficial not only for their professional lives but also for personal development.

    Savings in Non‑Manufacturing Operations

Programme to reduce energy consumption in the Technical Development department

An example of an energy-intensive device is a chamber with power cylinders and altitude simulation, where the effects of airflow under extreme conditions, such as beyond the Arctic Circle or during a hot southern summer, are tested, all while simulating different altitudes.

Energy efficiency is crucial in all areas of Škoda Auto, including the Technical Development department. This department accounted for 4.5% of the total energy consumption in Mladá Boleslav in 2023, making it one of the most energy-intensive areas. Therefore, it was necessary to identify and monitor high-energy appliances and implement measures to optimise them, particularly the significant consumption from the heating systems in the old Česana plant and the Motor Centre.

Improving energy efficiency in the Technical Development department is a crucial step towards sustainability. Therefore, implementing energy-saving measures in administrative buildings, test laboratories and workshops is absolutely essential.

    Specific Savings

This year, an Energy-Saving Programme is underway in the Technical Development department. To date, 35 measures with an annual savings potential of EUR 381,000 (approximately CZK 9.7 million) have been identified, quantified, approved for further exploration and partially implemented.

At the Akuma site, for example, a significant savings potential was identified in the reconstruction of the boiler rooms. The existing old boilers will gradually be replaced with new condensing gas boilers that can adapt their output to the building load. With a two-year return on investment and a saving of 350 MWh per year (which amounts to approximately 20% of the gas consumption on the premises), this also secures future heat supply for the development of the entire Akuma premises.

Similarly, the Technical Development department, like the production facilities, is equipped with compressed air pipelines. An analysis of the required pressure in different parts of the premises, conducted in cooperation with ŠKO-ENERGO, enabled the refinement of the minimum required pressure in the pipelines and the adjustment of the compressor settings. By reducing the pressure by an average of 1 bar, over 400,000 Nm3 of compressed air will be saved – about the same amount of compressed air that one would use to pump into a bicycle using a manual pump over 16 years of continuous pumping.

    Road to Sustainability

Office buildings are also a major contributor to the Technical Development department’s energy consumption. Measures to reduce energy consumption include the use of modern lighting and efficient space heating and cooling systems. LED lights equipped with motion sensors and automatic control based on the intensity of natural light significantly reduce energy use. Similarly, an optimised system of air handling and cooling units, which adjusts to current needs with timed modes, also cuts down on energy consumption. However, simulations that mimic conditions beyond the Arctic Circle, hot southern summers and intense sunlight or stress tests on engines and other car parts are very energy-intensive.

It is, therefore, essential to use the capabilities of modern testing equipment to run laboratories and workshops economically. For example, generating sets are equipped with frequency converters to ensure their power output is not unnecessarily high. Devices based on heat pumps can produce heat and frost simultaneously. Another principle is responsible behaviour; maintaining conditions in the test booths only as long as necessary and planning tests to use the individual devices efficiently are key strategies.

Results of the Energy‑Saving Programme in Kvasiny

The Energy-Saving Programme at the Kvasiny plant ran for two years, from 2022 to 2024. The PSU/3 – Green Office has introduced measures that are now also being examined at the Mladá Boleslav paint shop. Impressively, external collaborators of the PSU/3 department have identified savings in Kvasiny totalling 1,700 hours (equivalent to 212.5 days with an eight-hour working day). Along with local operations staff, they identified 52 measures with estimated total savings of EUR 2.81 million (more than CZK 71 million). Of these, 16 have already been implemented, saving EUR 1.14 million (almost CZK 29 million), and the remaining 18 viable measures are currently being addressed. Among the most significant measures was the investment-free adjustment of technological parameters in painting, which will save more than 6,000 MWh per year.

    52

Measures discovered by the Energy-Saving Programme in Kvasiny.

    71

Total value of the savings achieved, in millions of Czech crowns.

As part of the programme, a new imaging tool has been introduced across all Kvasiny operations to monitor energy management results. This tool allows for the continuous comparison of measured consumption with a mathematical model calculated based on production volumes, weather and other factors. Every instance of savings or waste is reflected in the report, thus providing the individual plants with a tool to implement savings in other areas or to prevent unnecessary waste.

  • A look inside the battery

The new tomography centre in Hall M6 allows for non-destructive testing of the quality of MEB’s electric platform batteries. Škoda Auto inaugurated this state-of-the-art facility in June this year, and there may not be another facility like it in any other carmaker. Historically, the industry has employed computed tomography technology, or CT scanning, mainly for smaller parts.

    Innovation

    Detailed Look Inside the Battery

The new tomography centre in Hall M6 allows non‑destructive testing of MEB’s electric platform batteries.

You may not find a comparable facility to the new tomography centre opened at Škoda Auto this June in any other carmaker. Until now, the industry has been primarily using computed tomography technology, or CT scanning, for smaller components.

The Lometom LargeScan 2.0 CT tomograph from Czech supplier Esperanto accommodates components up to 2 metres in length, features a 2 × 1.6-metre loading area and includes a scanner head that moves half a metre above it. This defines the maximum dimensions of the part that can be scanned. The machine can handle precision handling of parts weighing up to 750 kg. The scanner’s steel structure weighs 30 tonnes, and the lead shielding adds another 20 tonnes.

    25,000

The number of components that make up the Lometom LargeScan 2.0 computed tomograph.

    1.5 km

Length of cabling used in the device.

When working with large components, the tomograph delivers the same high resolution as smaller similar devices. “In regular operation, we scan batteries at a resolution of 30–80 microns, but if necessary, the tomograph can display details at a resolution of about 4 microns (four-thousandths of a millimetre – ed.),” says Petr Černý, Coordinator of the GQH-1/5 – Q production MEB battery GS3 department. “At the highest resolution, it is possible to examine the structure of certain materials such as adhesives and plastics,” says Jan Horáček from the supplier company.

    Speed and Efficiency

The technology provides a detailed view of most internal parts of the battery without the need for disassembly or cutting, which was sometimes necessary in the past. “Previously, it could take up to a week to investigate, and we could no longer use the battery as a whole. Now, a more demanding scan takes about eight hours, and we can return the battery to production. We can also examine batteries that have already been in use in cars, observe how they perform over their lifetime and return them to the car after examination. This procedure can be repeated, allowing us to use a scanner in the car or factory to observe the dynamics of changes inside the battery,” explains P. Černý. This helps to improve battery quality and extend their lifespan.

While traditional medical ring tomographs have an accelerating voltage of around 120–140 kV, the tomograph used for scanning batteries operates at up to 220 kV. “This is necessary to effectively penetrate materials such as aluminium, iron and others,” says Horáček.

    Not Only for Batteries

The tomograph’s capabilities extend beyond batteries. “We can scan wide range of car parts, except perhaps entire engine blocks, because our special tomograph cannot penetrate the dense internal structure of such large castings. This is due to the chosen parameters and the focus on high detail scans,” says P. Černý. It is used to scan body parts, large aluminium castings, dashboards, seats, electronic components and other parts. This will always involve examining the internal microstructure of materials or joints to identify potential failure points. As a result, the carmaker can learn how to enhance joining technologies or ensure better quality of the supplied parts.

The device has also caught the attention of colleagues at VW. “They have already expressed interest in using it, so we plan to carry out custom scans for them,” mentions P. Černý. According to him, this collaboration will bring not only prestige to the carmaker but also financial benefits. Potential orders from the Group’s brands will help with the scanner’s capacity utilisation and may improve the return on investment in the device.

42 Prague students appreciate the personal approach of mentors and especially the experience grounded in practice, which allows them to work on tasks based on real situations.

Training for IT professionals at the newly independent institute 42 Prague is already underway. At the same time, there is intensive cooperation with Škoda Auto.

The students are currently preparing for their first internships, and Škoda Auto is offering them 18 projects across all areas, with more in the pipeline. “The peer-to-peer form of study at 42 Prague is characterised by students evaluating each other’s projects and activities. For an individual to successfully continue their studies, they need peers at the same or a higher level than them. Naturally, it takes some time to form such a group of students,” explained Iryna Hradilová, who is responsible for cooperation with 42 Prague in the STR – Recruitment and Employer Branding department.

Students from this institute also apply to Škoda Auto full-time, and the FI – Information Technology department has already employed five of them.

Mentoring with Benefits for Both Parties

For professionals from various areas within the carmaker, 42 Prague offers an exciting opportunity to join the mentoring programme. By interacting with young, talented individuals, mentors can gain new insights and perspectives on various topics. Mentors are expected to meet with their mentees at least three times a quarter. Twelve mentors from Škoda Auto, not only from IT but also from Production, Technical Development and the Škoda Academy, have joined the latest run of the programme.

Škoda Auto employees can also improve their qualifications by studying in 42 Prague. After concluding a qualification agreement, they have the opportunity to study at work and use part of their working hours for upskilling. They can consult their supervisor or HR Business Partner (SBB department) about study options.

42 Prague also cooperates with the carmaker on various events at the Prague campus and in Mladá Boleslav. These include master classes taught by experts, educational visits, a Summer IT Camp and numerous other activities.

The next generation of IT talent

42 Prague is non-profit educational institution founded by Škoda Auto in 2021. It educates the next generation of IT talent according to a unique model based on peer and project-based learning and flexibility and by building a community of programmers. The Prague campus in AFI City Tower is open 24/7. 42 Prague currently has 332 active students.

    Through the Mentors’ Eyes

I applied to be a mentor at 42 Prague because, not too long ago, I was a student considering different career paths. That can be a daunting task, so I’d like to help others with it. Besides, I enjoy working with motivated people, and 42 Prague is full of them.

    Martin Hořenín

PP Application Coordinator – Finances & BW VW

FIC/4 – Financial process BW VW

I experienced mentoring when I was studying, and it helped me, so I got involved in 42 Prague. Now I’m trying to give back to the students. It’s great to meet motivated young people who wish to work on themselves. I would love to meet some of them in the future as colleagues at the carmaker.

    Matúš Tomečko

    Project dproduction

    PPD/2 – Production control systems

When I started in the IT department, the help of my experienced colleagues was invaluable. In the beginning, you often don’t have a broader perspective, and that’s the role of a mentor: to show and open doors and also to share experiences with mistakes so that others don’t have to repeat them. That’s why I decided to become a mentor at 42 Prague, and I look forward to welcoming the graduates into my team one day.

    Vojtěch Marek

    Data Analytics Platform Architect

    FIT/2 – Data Analytics & Platforms

As a mentor at 42 Prague, I get the opportunity to meet different personalities from different industries, countries and world views and learn more about them. In this way, mentoring enriches not only the mentee but also the mentor. It also makes sense to me to support people who are interested and find our conversations useful.

    Kamil Veselý

    Coordinator SAP Archiving services

    FIA/2 – SAP VWG archiving

The Car Production Management department has been working with 42 Prague since its inception. We offer internships to the institute’s students and regularly participate in joint events with STR as part of this project. I also recently became a mentor to a great student. This whole multicultural community is very inspiring and motivating for me. I’m happy to be a part of it.

    5. Výhra v Soutěži

    Výhrou je následující cena:

    3x balíčky reklamních předmětů Škoda.

    6. Kontaktování Výherce a podmínky čerpání výhry

    7. Pravidla ochrany osobních údajů (v souladu s GDPR 2016/679)

Vyplněním kvízu a vyluštěním osmisměrky a zasláním odpovědí na výše uvedenou e-mailovou adresu Soutěžící vědomě a dobrovolně souhlasí s Pravidly soutěže (viz tento dokument), což znamená:

    – zařazení do soutěže a příslušné evidence Soutěžících;

    – zasílání informačních e-mailů týkajících se této Soutěže;

Požádá-li Soutěžící o informaci o zpracování svých osobních údajů, je mu správce a případně i zpracovatel povinen tuto informaci bez zbytečného odkladu předat.

Pořadatel si vyhrazuje právo i bez uvedení důvodů Dobu soutěže zkrátit, Soutěž přerušit nebo zrušit či změnit její Pravidla, a to i bez udělení výhry a bez poskytnutí náhrad. Pořadatel si rovněž vyhrazuje právo nahradit ohlášenou výhru předmětem podobného typu a odpovídající hodnoty a upravit podmínky předání výhry v případě, že výhra nebude poskytnuta způsobem umožňujícím předání výhry vítězům v souladu s těmito Pravidly.
