his was clear from our second Innovation Mindset Index (IMX) measurement, conducted in January and February this year. The overall IMX, which follows four main indicators (open-mindedness, speed, mutual cooperation and courage), has increased by 0.5 percent to 55.2 percent. “It is our duty, and an action plan at the same time, to be a positive role model. The more challenging the times, the more we need good examples to follow, easy cross-area cooperation and the courage to do new things”, stated Kiril Ribarov of GGS – Business Strategy and Innovation Management. He is the innovation manager for the P area and led the IMX survey. In total, from among all the non-direct personnel and foremen, 5,634 people participated in the survey, which is 46% of all those invited.
