FOR ŠKODA AUTO EMPLOYEES
COVID-19
APPLICATION
IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN
THREE MONTHS SINCE
ŠKODA AUTO STARTED
TRACING COVID-19
CONTACTS USING THE
„COVID-19“ @SMART APP.
IT IS AVAILABLE AT
ŠKODA SPACE FROM ALL
COMPANY AND PRIVATE
DEVICES (COMPUTER,
SMARTPHONE, TABLET).
The app helps by creating
a simple electronic personal
evidence, giving ŠKODA
AUTO updated overview
of the infection spread in
the company. This allows
a swift response from the
company. ŠKODA can then
quickly sanitize critical
areas, perform tests and
other necessary steps to
limit the infection spread
as much as possible.
The COVID-19 app can
also send text messages
with instructions for the
infected/potentially
infected person, as well as
direct superiors, or any
other relevant contacts.
Thanks to this, everybody
knows the correct
procedure.
The app can track
permanent (internal)
staff, as well agency and
external employees with
access to ŠKODA AUTO
or students (SOUs,
University).
Using the implemented
house booking system, you
can sign up for an antigen
or antibodies test. These
take place every day at the
ŠKODA Polyclinic in Mladá
Boleslav.
WEEKLY
RULES OF CONDUCT
IN CANTEENS
The set restrictions & measures will only be effective if we all follow
them consistently. Canteens are one of the high-risk places in terms of
spreading the coronavirus infection and customers don't wear masks
when eating. Therefore, we urge canteen visitors to respect the
hygienic rules and table marking system in place, and to put on
a face mask and leave the canteen premises immediately after
finishing their meal. Frequent and extensive compliance checks will be
performed in the upcoming days. Failure to comply with the set
restrictions & measures, e.g. not wearing a face mask where required
or violating the no-smokíng rule, is subject to disciplinary sanctions
under the internal Work Rules.
