AT KVASINY
THE SECOND IN A SERIES OF PLANNED MEETINGS
OF THE NEW OPEN TALKS CONCEPT TOOK PLACE
ON THURSDAY, 13 FEBRUARY.
WITH OVER 320 000 PRODUCED VEHICLES,
THE EMPLOYEES OF ŠKODA AUTO IN
KVASINY ACHIEVED A NEW PRODUCTION
RECORD IN 2019.
Another milestone in the factory’s history was
the commencement of serial production of the
SUPERB iV model, its first plug-in hybrid car, which
took place in September 2019. Over 2000 pieces
of this model have been produced to date. Within
the scope of electromobility education, our new
training center in Kvasiny also helped with the
requalification of over 6000 employees. As one of
the largest employers in the region, we also take
part in a range of socially beneficial projects.
07 / 2020
This time in the training room of the ŠKODA Academy
in Kvasiny, the participants and Board Members had the
unique opportunity to discuss topics like electromobility
and the transformation of the automotive industry. All
the questions were answered by CEO Bernhard Maier and
the Board Member for Human Resources Bohdan Wojnar,
followed by Miloš Halbich, Kvasiny Plant Manager, and
Jens Katemann the head of Communications
