WEEKLY
FOR ŠKODA AUTO EMPLOYEES
22/2020
WE HAVE ENTERED STAGE 2
AS THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC IS RECEDING AND THE SAFETY MEASURES IN EFFECT ARE REDUCED BY THE
GOVERNMENT, THE ŠKODA AUTO BOARD HAS APPROVED ENTERING STAGE 2, WHICH MEANS THE
COMPANY WILL OPERATE WITH REDUCED SAFETY MEASURES, EFFECTIVE AS OF 1 JUNE 2020.
However, it is important to remain cautious and comply with the health, safety and hygiene-related rules in place, as they have proved to be highly
effective. The next step will be a round of discussions with the KOVO Trade Union on other related topics, with regard to the overall situation.
If new changes are negotiated with the social partner, we will inform you using the ŠKODA Space Employee Portal.
I. Before leaving for work, the Employee answers the 5 questions of the health condition self-test.

II. The employee is recommended to leave home in a work outfit, with their mouth and nose covered, and
prefer an individual mode of transportation. Wearing mouth and nose masks remains compulsory at all
indoor and outdoor premises of the ŠKODA AUTO site.

VIII. The employee keeps their mouth and nose covered all the time.

with soap and hot water often enough, uses a disinfectant in cases where they cannot wash their
hands), maintains a safe DISTANCE from other colleagues, REFRAINS FROM GATHERING and from
HAVING FACE-TO-FACE CONVERSATIONS with others.
XI. During breaks, the Employee eats food brought from home or uses the Aramark-provided food service.

Information about
the measures taken are
available at the infosite
on the ŠKODA Space
Employee Portal or the

XIII. The Employee in shift mode DOES NOT CLOCK THEIR DEPARTURE, their work time was autorecorded on their morning arrival, according to the shift plan in place (exceptions to be processed in
