seniors have received above-standard care to protect
their health and safety. We again expanded the number of
suitable jobs during this period and thus provided other
employees with employment.
The company offers a unique program to cover the needs
of the elderly employees, which includes opportunities for
retraining, relocation within the company to another place
with a guarantee of income, rehabilitation, additional fiveday paid leave, and health prevention, for example, in the
form of two-week spa stays.
