Basic tips and instructions on how to reach the portal from home and on a private mobile phone
Many of you are still interested in learning how to log into the employee portal from outside the carmaker’s premises. Therefore, we are bringing you the basic information on how to get a password, whom to contact if you need assistance and how to access current internal information on the portal.
Use the skodaspace.cz domain to access the Employee Portal.
o log into the basic level, you need to know the login details: DZC username + portal LDAP password.
If you have both forms of access, continue logging into the Employee Portal. If you do not know the password, you must reset it.
If you want to reach the second level of security and view, for example, ePayroll and other applications, use SMS authentication, PKI card, RSA token or OTP (such as Google Authenticator or Authy) to log in.
What if I don’t know the LDAP password?
I use the business e-mail or I have my private e-mail registered with HR
Open the ŠKODA Space login screen.
Click on the ‘Forgot password?’ section. Enter your DZC username, copy the security code, and click Recovery.
You will receive an e-mail with the password recovery link and instructions.
I don’t have a business e-mail, and I haven’t registered a private e-mail anywhere
You need to get a security code first.
Go the gatehouse and ask for your LDAP password to be reset.
A Service Desk employee will set a new password for you and send it to your phone.
You must change your password after logging in for the first time.
If you work in operations without access to a business PC but want to take full advantage of the ŠKODA SPACE functions, it will be worth it for you to register your private telephone number and e-mail address with the HR department. It will give you access from your home computer or mobile phone and enable you to enter the second level of security. Notifications and SMSs will be sent to the reported contacts, and you can easily view your payroll slip, change your password or access other sensitive data.
How to change the LDAP password at any time
You have to register your private e-mail to receive a password and phone number to do a two-factor authentication login, e.g. display an electronic payroll slip.
You have access to the KOMPAS app, and you have not registered a private e-mail or phone number.
Contact HR or your direct supervisor to help you enter data into the KOMPAS app.
On the www.skodaspace.cz website, click on the ‘Forgot password?’ link.
Enter your DZC username, copy the security code, and click Recovery.
