The February issue of ŠKODA Mobile

introduces a fundamental new feature.

In particular, we have improved

its digital form by implementing

responsive design. This means that

the online version of ŠKODA Mobile

can now adapt its appearance to any

device, offering an even better reading

experience. Of course, the website still

contains an archive of older issues and

attachments of the weekly.

FLEET TO BE EXPANDED

Employees in our Czech

paint shops, located in Mladá

Boleslav and in Kvasiny, have

exceeded the previous record

in the number of painted

chasses per week. In the

eighth calendar week of 2020,

they painted a total of 3 787

cars per day on average.

With this new record, they

exceeded the planned number

of painted cars by 493 over

the whole week.

Our colleagues in the paint

shops deserve a huge thanks

for this excellent result and

their stellar engagement!

ON 1 MARCH, THE HARD-TO-MISS GREEN ELECTRIC

SCOOTER WILL BE RETURNING TO PRAGUE.

Following last year’s successful pilot operation, the service

will gradually expand its fleet from the current 150 to 700

electric scooters. It also enters the new season with a range

of improvements for customers. This year, they can also order

an electric scooter using the free mobile app “CityMove”

that offers multimodular solutions for people living in Prague.

The app, also developed at the ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab, can

compute the best route, assemble the best combination or help

find a parking slot, and moreover these services can also be paid

for directly via the app.
