WEEKLY
FOR ŠKODA AUTO EMPLOYEES
ANTI-HEAT
PROTECTION
IN COOPERATION WITH THE KOVO TRADE
UNION, OUR SOCIAL PARTNER, WE HAVE
PREPARED A FEW REFRESHING NEWS
FOR OUR EMPLOYEES IN THE HEAT WAVE
PERIOD (JUNE-AUGUST).
Fluid Intake Bottles
Another change is related to issuing green bottles
for fluid intake. It is now possible to get them for
free with your employee MFA Card at company
restaurants and kiosks. All internal and external
employees (incl. INIS and ŠKO-ENERGO) are
eligible to receive 1 free bottle per year.
Vegetable and Fruit Salads
Just like last year, from June till August you will
be able to enjoy your salad with a subsidized price
3 CZK per bowl. A seasonal fruit salad will now
be available beside the five types of vegetable
salads. Due to current safety and preventive
measures, the salads will already be pre-packaged
in a box. Simply ask an Aramark employee to give
you your salad of choice.
Concentrates and Tablets
On 1.6.20, 44 vending machines with electrolyte
drinks at production sites will be switched on.
These machines replace electrolyte tablets issued
last year. Receive your drink after swiping your
MFA card on the card reader (dosage options are
intervaled by 1 dl). All employees (June-August)
can tap 0.5 l of the electrolyte drink free of charge.
Tapping above this volume or outside the heatwave period, will be charged with 1.20 CZK/dl.
Employees will be billed as usual with catering
accounting, at the end of each month.
Subsidized electrolyte tablets are prepared for
employees who have no access to these vending
machines, are not interested in the drink or would
prefer to combine both services. Tablets will be
available at the accessory sale at company kiosks
and Aramark restaurants. Employees have a
company-set 132 CZK monthly limit. Within this
limit, you can choose concentrates, tablets, or their
combination. Any sum above the monthly limit
(CZK 132) will be deducted from your wage upon
catering accounting. Administrative and agency
personnel is also eligible for electrolyte
concentrate free of charge.
New Sodobar Locations
During June, employees working outside the
production sites can also look forward to tapped
soda water at new locations. We will keep you
informed about the launch.
