How we voted this year
The results of the Stimmungsbarometer survey show an improved mood
t the end of September and in the first half of October, you cast your votes in our employee satisfaction survey. The VW Group has automatically processed all the participants’ responses. A summary of your answers concerning your team’s satisfaction over the past year can be found in the Results section of the Stimmungsbarometer application, which is accessible from ŠKODA Space. You can review the specific results, as they are accessible to all the employees. Over the next few months, your supervisor will present them to you as well. This step is mandatory in all of our teams. You can also comment on the questions or contents of our discussion on the results by adding your post to our “Noticeboard”. A brief summary of the vote can be found in the infographic above.
Voting at our other companies
This year, our colleagues from ŠKODA AUTO Deutschland, ŠKODA AUTO Slovakia and ŠKODA AUTO DigiLab, as well as employees from ŠKODA AUTO Volkswagen India Private Limited, also took part in our survey. In India, participation reached a record 99 percent. Employees of the Pune and Aurangabad plants mostly answered from home, but for those who were physically present in the factory had the opportunity to use the polling facility. ED

The current deadline is 31 March 2021.
How do I get access to the Stimmungsbarometer application via links to ŠKODA Space?

Has a supervisor and direct subordinates report (LuD report) been created for your team or not?
If the total index of all the questions in the results report for your supervisor and direct subordinates did not reach 79 points, you are obliged to define two measures on topics on which you agree in your team. The same point limit applies to the Policy Indicator report. If your result is below this limit, you must discuss the VW Group Policy and confirm this step by entering a measure via the Suggestions function.
