Satisfaction Survey Coming Up
The mood among all the VW Group companies’ employees is surveyed every autumn. At ŠKODA AUTO, this year’s survey will last three weeks
he annual Stimmungsbarometer, which allows all core employees to provide feedback to the carmaker’s management, will be conducted between 26 September and 16 October. It will assess the past year at ŠKODA AUTO. You will receive more information via e-mail before the survey and can also find it on ŠKODA Space and in the weekly magazines published before the survey starts. The carmaker wants to know how you feel at work and how the various aspects of your daily work life affect you. This is why the posters accompanying the survey refer to this.
How to vote?
This year, voting is also taking place via a link on the ŠKODA Space website. All employees who have undergone the Digiroadshow training (more about this in the issue of ŠKODA Mobil 5/2022) can easily vote from their home PCs or mobile devices by logging into ŠKODA Space. The Stimmungsbarometer app can be accessed either by clicking on the banner on the homepage, by clicking on the link in the information bar or via the Favourite Applications or My Applications menus.
For any employees without access to work computers, voting stations will be set up at all three production sites throughout the survey period. Voting will be possible Monday through Friday during business hours. The exact location of the polling stations can be found on the ŠKODA Space survey page. At the polling stations, trained staff will help you simply log into ŠKODA Space and open the application. All you need to vote at a voting station is your personal MFA card. ED
