Open about Integrity and Culture
For the third time, a workshop will be held to gauge employees’ views on how integrity and compliance principles or culture are applied at the company
n 7 September, roughly 150 nominated employees from across professional areas and the automotive company hierarchy will participate in the Together4Integrity Perception Workshop at the STC Kosmonosy. This event is an integral part of Together4Integrity programme. The workshop was held for the first time in 2019 when this programme was introduced at ŠKODA AUTO. In 2021, the event was held for the second time, but in an online format (see photo).
This year, there will be an in-person meeting before participants can vote anonymously online on 28 questions or statements on integrity, compliance, internal risk and corporate culture. During the workshop, employees will divide into smaller groups to discuss the results of the voting and possible measures to further improve the current situation. Before the workshop concludes, there will be a panel discussion where participants can openly ask representatives from the car company, including Integrity Ambassadors, about their concerns. The programme will also include a conversation with the CEO, Klaus Zellmer, and an update on the Together4Integrity programme so that everyone can share it with their colleagues. ED
