V e‑mailu se objevují zkracovače (bit.ly) nebo cizí domény. Skutečnou adresu zkontrolujete tak, že na odkaz najedete myší.

Škoda Museum was transformed for two days (27 and 28 May) into a space where visitors could glimpse the company's future through InnoDay 2026. The event gave employees a unique opportunity to look behind the scenes of projects that are already changing the way people at the carmaker work, manufacture and think about the future of mobility.

Across 39 stands, visitors could discover 48 innovative projects.
At the heart of the event was a marketplace where visitors could explore 48 innovative projects across 39 stands. Attendees discovered solutions in the areas of digitalisation, automation, artificial intelligence and sustainability, and could discuss them directly with their creators. The showcase featured solutions developed across various Škoda Auto departments, as well as projects from colleagues in India, Group Innovation, CARIAD, Connect and subsidiary companies.
The diversity of topics on display made it clear that innovation takes many forms – from small improvements to everyday processes to solutions with the potential to transform the entire carmaker. Talks and workshops were also an integral part of the programme. A total of 32 sessions took place, covering topics such as artificial intelligence, agile thinking, 3D printing and modern IT tools. Theory and practice went hand in hand – participants could try out a number of technologies for themselves and gain a better understanding of how they apply to their day-to-day work.
Curiosity, the courage to bring new ideas and a willingness to build on the experience of others are what drive Škoda Auto forward.
The AI Strategy Lounge also attracted great interest, with experts presenting specific projects that use artificial intelligence across the company and explaining how AI fits into the Škoda Auto strategy. Abstract concepts became real-life examples of tools that are already helping to streamline processes and support employees in their work. Test drives of Škoda Auto models have always been among the most popular parts of InnoDay, and this year was no exception. Participants took 150 drives, trying out electric and hybrid vehicles and experiencing modern technology first-hand behind the wheel. InnoDay once again confirmed that innovation is about more than just technology. It grows from curiosity, the courage to try new things and the willingness to share experience across teams. And it is precisely the kind of gatherings that bring together people with different perspectives and expertise that give the best ideas the chance to develop into solutions with real impact.
