How Will the Company Meetings Take Place?
An overview of information on the events at the Mladá Boleslav, Vrchlabí and Kvasiny plants.
This year's company meetings, organised by the KOVO Trade Union in cooperation with Škoda Auto, will take place exclusively in person. Recordings will be made available on the Škoda Space portal with some delay. You will also find all the information on attendance, transport, collection route schedules and other organisational matters there. Employees may attend in line with the principles arising from the VW Group Charter on Labour Relations, which the KOVO Trade Union and Škoda Auto have signed and endorse.
Programme of the event
The company meeting will include speeches by Jaroslav Povšík, Chairman of the Works Council and the Council of KOVO Trade Union Chairmen, the chairmen of the KOVO Trade Union in Vrchlabí and Kvasiny, Holger Peters, Interim CEO of Škoda Auto, and Maren Gräf, Board Member for People & Culture. Light refreshments will be provided for all attendees in the form of water and packaged food, including vegetarian and vegan (gluten-free) options. In Mladá Boleslav, you can also look forward to a supporting programme, cultural performances and a presentation of the Škoda car range.
We want to share the information and the atmosphere of the meetings with as many of you as possible. Come and experience the company meetings in person with us!

On the day of the event, production will be stopped from 12:00 to 14:30 for Mladá Boleslav and from 12:30 to 14:30 for Kvasiny and Vrchlabí, so that everyone can arrive at the meeting on time and return to their workplace afterwards.
