Survey
myVOICE is Returning this November
Employee feedback is one of the most important sources of information for Škoda Auto about what is working well at the carmaker and where change is needed. It helps improve the employee experience, set action steps, programmes and measures, and move the corporate culture forward. After the CMX survey, which measures key aspects of culture linked to the Škoda brand values – human, simplifying, surprising – this year we will once again take part in the Group employee satisfaction survey myVOICE.
In 2025, Škoda Auto was one of four brands where the pilot year of the survey took place. Almost 17,000 of you took part. The new Group KPI, the so-called engagement index, reached 84%, showing that Škoda Auto employees see their work as meaningful and feel motivated to do it well.
The 1,680 comments revealed the main strengths: pride in the brand and satisfaction, teamwork and good relationships, innovation, digitalisation and AI, as well as benefits and remuneration that support motivation.
At the same time, you identified the main challenges: conditions for home office and mobile working, the need for greater flexibility and clearer rules, communication, transparency and bureaucracy. You also see room for improvement in remuneration, career growth, equal opportunities and the working environment.
The results of every employee survey are actively acted upon. Feedback is opened up for discussion within teams. SE/2 is responsible for running the survey and analysing its results. The outcomes are presented to the Board and passed on to the relevant departments so that concrete steps can be taken – from adjusting processes and strengthening communication to improving working conditions. That is why it is worth taking part again this year: the more voices we hear, the better we can work together to develop an environment where we enjoy working. This year you will be able to share your opinion from 9 to 29 November.
