We've Received the ESG Excellence Award

Experts from the University of Economics, Prague, once again assessed how companies registered for the 2025 ESG rating are performing in ESG areas. Škoda Auto received the ESG Excellence Award and was placed in the highest Expert category, to which the jury selected the ten best Czech companies in the field of sustainable development.

The independent evaluation was conducted by a panel of experts based on results achieved in the areas of environmental protection (E), social responsibility (S) and corporate governance (G). Approximately 100 large and small companies from the Czech Republic registered for the 2025 edition, which the evaluators assessed separately in the Expert and Basic categories.

The independent assessment by economic experts focused on both quantitative and qualitative aspects of sustainability and the implementation of ESG principles. The main objective was to evaluate how well companies are prepared to address key environmental, social and governance challenges. Škoda Auto succeeded in this independent evaluation for the third time (following the 2024 and 2022 editions) and confirmed its excellent position in the field of sustainability among other Czech companies.
