Residents of Mladá Boleslav, vote for projects that will revitalize your city
Voting began in early May on projects from Mladá Boleslav's participatory budget for this year. Residents can decide which of the proposed projects will be implemented. Voting is open until 31 May to all residents and takes place exclusively via the Mladá Boleslav mobile app, which you can download for free for both Android and iOS. Details on individual proposals and voting rules are available on the city's website.
Projects that have advanced to the voting stage:
1 Expansion of the outdoor workout area in Nový Park – adding new elements to the existing area for outdoor exercise.
2 Smart lockers at public sports facilities – sports equipment rentals.
3 Amphitheatre in Nový Park – for smaller local events.
4 First phase of bench replacement in Štěpánka Forest Park.

Protect your income from a single mistake

It is precisely for these cases that employee liability insurance exists, offered in four variants tailored to the nature of the work. The insurance covers damages caused by unintentional and negligent breaches of work duties, loss of tools or a traffic accident. By law, an employer may require compensation for damages up to 4.5 times your gross salary. However, Škoda Auto has committed to not seeking compensation from employees in excess of CZK 200,000.

1 Go to www.allianz.cz/skodaodp.
2 Fill out and submit the online form.
3 Once you receive an offer from Allianz, accept it by paying the premium.

Do you have an idea for improvement? Starting 20 March, your submitted suggestions will automatically be entered into a motivational campaign that runs until 20 June. The Idea Management Department is looking for a winner in each area (G, F, V, P, E, S, B). Exceptionally, you can succeed even with unimplemented ideas. For the first time, Zebra will also select from proposals that could not be implemented but met all the rules for your idea to become an improvement proposal.
The Zebra Egg Hunt event is also unique in that you can choose your prize basket yourself. The selection is truly wide — you have five baskets to choose from, and as a bonus, you'll receive a pair of Škoda x Botas Iconic 130 shoes with each one.
